TABLE OF CONTENTS
In the highly competitive world of modern business it takes
more than just good PA skills to ?make it?. Over the last ten years I have been
working steadily towards a very specific goal ie: ?Leadership in Marketing, and
of late, the IT Industry?.
To achieve a leadership position
I know that I need to bring skill sets and assets to your company that will
help achieve your goals, as Zig Ziglar says; ?You can get anything you want
in this life if you just help enough people get what they want? This is my
aim and the reason I have approached your company; To help you achieve your
goals.
Michelle is
a highly qualified PA, and product Team player in both Marketing and Product
Releases with a proven track record in some of the IT industries most demanding
areas. She is enthusiastic, hardworking, innovative with business and product
processes. Michelle has been praised
by previous CEO?s as an, ?extremely valuable asset?. Currently employed with
Solution 6 she is part of the Configuration Management Team, a team
created to streamline the Release processes for all Solution 6 products,
involved in the releasing products to major clients. (Tier 1 Accounting
companies)
Michelle is an enthusiastic and
reliable team player whom is dependable.
Her Vision/Mission is orientated towards company excellence as a
standard and has first class PC skills in presentations and web-layout, as well
as advanced MS Office knowledge.
Michelle is committed to the individual vision of the team, and company.
Excellent Computer Skills. Awarded a Silver medal in the Workskills
Competition and TAFE Technology Software Applications (1992). As well as being
Placed in the National Workskills Final

The
marketing inspiration behind my husbands art website, check it out at http://www.jasonblaiklock.com/
Designed
the website, his art presentations as well as promotions to galleries.
Working with some of the most complex and expensive
software in the industry means that my pervious responsibility has been to
reach a continual level of excellence where small mistakes could cost the
organization literally millions of dollars. This has repeatedly meant working
to tight deadlines in a team environment with extreme pressure on ?mission
critical? projects. We have continually been able to meet target (and budget)
time and time again.

From a position of team leader at Solution 6, there was a
great deal of patience needed to train new recruits internal procedures and
Microsoft products. From individual ?one-on-one?
training to the full classroom-whiteboard style training my job was to make
sure that new staff had the ability to work with the full suite of Microsoft
products that are used, incorporate the departments procedures and training on
in-house software that was used specific to our company.
Creation of training manuals
using PPT, as visual guides for our new employees, along with any new software
applications that my department acquired.
Often these applications have been self-taught and then taught
others. With any new technology or
product there is a learning curve and I have learnt how to integrate new staff
member into a being part of the team, both technically and socially.
Staff are the lifeblood of the IT
industry. I have learnt how to maximise the potential of a staff member and
inspire a ?not-so-motivated? staff member to fulfil their potential. From hiring secretaries to IT personnel; I
have learnt from experience how to choose the best person for the job.

?He who leads must first know how to serve? There are

more respected businessmen that I continually apply to my circumstances. I appreciate good leadership and reports
back to me suggest that I am respected by those I currently lead. I appreciate a challenge, and often find
solutions for technical and team issues, where others don?t see ?the
answers?. I look for opportunities, and
for new ways for things to be done. I

What makes a great leader is their ability to convince and
employ the hearts of those under them, to take a dream and add sweat and tears
to make it a reality. Visionaries need to capture the hearts of the team. I
know what it takes to make a great team,
and am looking for an opportunity that will take a team of people to a
level of success that they have only dreamt of. I am a leader it is my destiny to lead and I believe it is time
to find the company that desires to take a product, Company name or initiative

from the ?achievers?. There are many who
give in along the way and fall by the wayside. My life has proven that I ?stick
it out?. Time and time again in the
work environment I have faced huge obstacles and then overcome them through a
combination of long-term stick-ability and creative problem solving. I have the ability to inspire this in
